Designed, developed, deployed and administered web services on the web server. This application was a secure interactive web based bulletin board system with TCP/IP and remote access modem support. Technical skills used on this assignment were; HTML, Galacticomm WorldGroup, on an IIS/NT server.
· Responsible for administering NT 4.0 / IIS web server, Programmed client interfaces, designed and built web sites and configured web server, database and e-commerce setups. Application supported remote users, online credit card transactions, and interface with merchant services of First Data Corporation. This application included a web based shopping cart for an online store. Technical skills used on this assignment were: HTML, ASP, JavaScript, and TCP/IP, on an IIS/NT server.
· Set up IISCart, an ASP based Internet shopping cart B2C application utilizing an Access database. Designed web site and integrated with IISCart.

· Project manager for over 10 years for a clinical laboratory with an annual budget of over 3 million dollars. Performed feasibility studies, budget analysis, mentoring technologists on project teams. Project teams performed specification evaluations and validations, documentation preparation and system training. Created RFP, directed specifications, and managed timeline with project team and external vendors. Managed projects according to established methodology and in accordance with regulatory compliance. Projects involved medical devise implementation, clinical trial data or data interfaces.
· Program Manager for Quality Control (QC) Program for Clinical Chemistry Laboratory. Managed QC coordinators section team leaders to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Acted as internal consultant providing expertise to clinical departments for clinical laboratory data. Tasked to work on Process Improvement but working on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Projects.
