Condor Technology Presentations to Clients

Here are some presentations that I have done for some of my consulting clients at Condor.   Mostly these were proposals, status reports or wrap up presentations. 

SDCL This is a generic presentation on our Methodology for Web Projects
HRIS  proposal  This a presentation of the Mission Statement and project after the exploration phase,  This presentation highlights the SDLC used for a intranet web application.  The project was to implement the salary review process on the intranet and integrate with the company HRIS system. 
Ecommerce Web Phase I  This was the status presentation of a multiphase project at the completion of phase I.  The first phase was the clean up of a Cyber Cash site that was getting a new face lift from Marketing
Ecommerce Web Phase II This was the  wrap-up presentation of a multiphase project.  The second phase integrated the new front end web with the Ecommerce application.
RFTS This was the proposal presentation for "rescue" of a project that was taken over from a contract developer at the testing phase.  The SDLC components needed to be rearranged in order to "reverse engineer" the code to determine the requirements.  This rearranging of the SDLC illustrates the strength of a methodology.  The application involved tracking and reporting requests for technical service.
RFTS Work Flow  This is work flow of the business process for RFTS
RFTS Use Case   This is the use case analysis of the RFTS workflow.
RFTS-Extension Not surprisingly, new requirements were discovered once they were documented and the system tested.  This is the proposal presentation for the extension phase and a summary of the success of the RFTS project.
RFTS Wrap up This is the presentation for the wrap up meeting of the project.  It includes project metrics.
