(2) rescue an out of scope "home grown" application and migrate 15 years of legacy data,

Led a team of four engineers in setting up NT 4.0 server and IIS 4.0 web server. Designed, developed, deployed and administered web services on the web server. This application was a secure interactive web based bulletin board system with TCP/IP and remote access modem support.
